WOMEN’S TEMAZCAL SWEAT LODGE + NOURISHING LUNCH

Share, sweat and connect inside the dark womb.

Join  us as we gather to connect, dive deep, heal, share, and nourish  ourselves in the container of sisterhood. We will begin with a women’s  circle in which we will be guided by Chala in a womb meditation,  breathing and sinking in and down into our bodies to feel and share.

We  will then enter the womb of the mother for a healing and harmonizing  temazcal sweat lodge ceremony guided by Leahy, where we will have the  opportunity to connect even deeper with ourselves, each other, and all  of our relations.

Lastly, we will enjoy a nourishing three-course meal  cooked by Chef Gera of Aguamiel using consciously sourced local and  seasonal ingredients.

This will be a recurring experience, and the first three events are scheduled for the months of winter and darkness, a time to go inside, to be introspective and quiet. As women, this is the place where we discover, create, heal, and nurture. Together we will honor the darkness in our beings, in a safe and supportive space.
